Earlier today, I joined His Excellency, Dapo Abiodun, CON, at the Obas’ Complex, State Secretariat, Oke-Mosan, Abeokuta, for a historic and symbolic event that underscores the importance of our traditional institution.

At the ceremony, His Excellency officially handed over 40 brand-new luxury SUVs to the Ogun State Council of Obas, in a clear demonstration of respect and recognition for the custodians of our rich cultural heritage.

This remarkable initiative reflects the administration’s deliberate commitment to strengthening traditional leadership across Ogun State and enhancing the capacity of our royal fathers to serve their communities effectively.

I sincerely commend His Excellency for this thoughtful and impactful gesture. His continued efforts to empower traditional rulers and preserve our cultural identity stand as a strong example of purposeful and inclusive governance.

This intervention will undoubtedly boost the dignity and operational efficiency of our royal fathers as they continue to play their vital roles in community development and social cohesion.
