In a significant step toward infrastructure development in Remo Federal Constituency, construction of the long-awaited Ewu-Oluwo Road has officially commenced in Sagamu Local Government Area.

The 1-kilometre road project, with dual drainage systems, is being executed in partnership with the Federal Co-operative, Oji River, under the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security. It was facilitated by Hon. Dr. Princess Adesola Ayoola-Elegbeji, Member representing Ikenne, Sagamu and Remo North Federal Constituency.

For years, residents of Ewu-Oluwo and adjoining communities have faced poor road conditions that limited movement, slowed economic activities and affected daily life. The commencement of this project signals a clear shift toward practical, people-focused governance.

In less than seven months in office, Hon. Dr. Princess Adesola Ayoola-Elegbeji has continued to turn commitments into visible results. From the ongoing free WAEC tutorial programme, to the installation of solar street lights in Ikenne, and now this critical road project in Sagamu, her interventions are delivering measurable impact across the constituency.

The momentum continues, with another major project set to commence in Remo North Local Government Area in the coming days, further extending development across the constituency.

On the legislative front, her record remains strong, with four bills sponsored and three motions successfully moved, reflecting active and effective representation at the national level.

This goes beyond individual projects. It reflects a clear development direction driven by strategic partnerships, continuity and accountability.

As progress continues, sustaining what is working is essential.

*Supporting Hon. Dr. Princess Adesola Ayoola-Elegbeji is a strategic step toward consolidating these gains and ensuring long-term development across Ikenne, Sagamu and Remo North.*

Residents are encouraged to support and take ownership of these projects to ensure their sustainability for present and future generations.

Together, we can build a stronger and more prosperous Remo.
